Affirmation without discipline is the beginning of delusion.

Spiritually speaking, I agree. Discipline is the key to progress.

But it’s the discernment and execution of right action that results in a spiritually significant life.

Said differently, positive thought without action is a fantasy and most fantasies are delusions.

You will know you are on the right path if you’re happy (fulfilled, satisfied, and content) with the tangible aspects of your life (health, relationships, career, money, etc.)

Perform a quick life audit, in which areas of your life are you less than happy?

What actions will make the most appropriate changes in those areas?
